Cardio Tennis is a one hour cardio workout with tennis drills for Adults and Juniors. Cardio is a fun way to improve your fitness level and supplement your current tennis playing time. Your tennis game will see improvements with your timing, energy, footwork, and strokes. Plus, you will have a great workout. Although all levels of players can particiapte and benefit, we recommend that beginners start with Adult Clinics or Private Lessons. Cardio Tennis is similar to the first hour of Drill & Play.
